The dispatching platform is a visual dispatching platform integrating voice communication, multimedia message, video communication and real-time positioning.
Mobile terminal
The mobile terminal intercom function can be realized through its own APP, while supporting third-party intercom devices.
Function
With full-duplex funclion, voice data can be sent and received at the same ime, enablina one-lo-one or muli-terminalusers lo make realtime voice calls for more than 10 minutes.

Specifly the end user, select one or more groups to listen to. A terminal user who is not in the monitored group canreceive an intercom voice from a terminal user in the monitored group.

1.real-time video
User terminals can pull up one-on-one realtime video voice with each other or with unit dispatchers. Dispatchers canview and download wideos at the dispaich desk.
2.Video return
When the camera on the user terminal is enabled, the teminal starts to collect videos, and the videos are uploaded to thedispatcher through the network data. The dispatcher can observe the video foolage recorded by the user temminal at thesame time, Dispatchers can view and download videos at the dispatch desk.
1 base station location
The terminal does not need to support GPS posilioning. The base station data reported by the user terminal displays thecurrent or last login location and time of the teminal user.
2 GPS positioning
The terminal must support GPS positioning. The GPS data reported by the terminal displays the current or last loginlocaton and tme of the terminal user.
3 historical route
After you select a time period in the past, the dispatcher can view the historical travel path of the terminal user based onthe location iniormaton repored by the terminal.

Terminal users can send a distress alarm to all dispatchers and online users in the same group in an emergency, and alldispatchers and online users in the same group will receive the alam infomation.
